2020 Content Plan Template
One of the best tools to help you stay focused and organized in 2020 is a content plan. This is a document I share in my workshops and consultations. It’s helpful for you and your team, and keeps everyone on the same page in terms of what content is being shared with Members. The content plan will help you schedule the day/date/channel for you to share your content. It comes pre-loaded with national holidays, hashtag holidays, awareness months and points of interest (“on this day” type material). It’s an excel document which is easy to navigate, customizable and straightforward to use. A Strategy Session tailored to your needs – topics and focus determined in our preliminary call to schedule. This may include a review of content, an analysis of your current channels, assistance in filling out the content plan, tutorial on a social media channel or motivation for your team to work more cooperatively. Or we can focus on programming, orientations, retention strategies and the like. We will work together to solve issues most important to you.
The Strategy Session fee is $275 per club. To book your Strategy Session, complete the Strategy Session order form. Once you’ve submitted your order, I’ll call you to gather initial information and set up our Strategy Session at a time convenient for you and/or your team. Consultation
Private consultations can be conducted in person or online, and are focused on tackling your toughest challenges. If you need help with your communication strategy, member events and programming, or want to improve your retention numbers, let’s talk. Consultation fees vary based on location, time spent and scope of work. Always respectful of budgets and time, Shanna will create the most appropriate consultation package for your club. Retainer
If you work with a small team were everyone is managing a large workload, sometimes it’s nice to know someone has your back. You can partner with Shanna to help edit communication, review your online performance, build your strategy from month to month, and/or examine P&L sheets from your member events to determine how to improve programming moving forward. We can shape our work together around your needs. Retainer fees begin at $500 per month, and vary depending on the scope of work. A six month commitment is required. Placement Services
Looking to hire a Member Relations Director/Manager, Communication Director/Manager or Marketing Director in your club? Let Shanna help you find exactly the right person. Placement services begin with a visit to your club to get to know your team, the club culture and the job requirements. Shanna will then work to find you the perfect person to fit the role. She’ll conduct initial interviews and provide you finalists. Once the new person is hired, Shanna will return to your club and help train your new director/manager.
