• Three months complimentary Communication Club Membership ($321 Value)

Consultation

Private consultations can be conducted in person or online, and are focused on tackling your toughest challenges. If you need help with your communication strategy, member events and programming, or want to improve your retention numbers, let’s talk. Consultation fees vary based on location, time spent and scope of work. Always respectful of budgets and time, Shanna will create the most appropriate consultation package for your club. Retainer

If you work with a small team were everyone is managing a large workload, sometimes it’s nice to know someone has your back. You can partner with Shanna to help edit communication, review your online performance, build your strategy from month to month, and/or examine P&L sheets from your member events to determine how to improve programming moving forward. We can shape our work together around your needs. Retainer fees begin at $500 per month, and vary depending on the scope of work. A three month commitment is required. Placement Services

Looking to hire a Member Relations Director, Communication Director or similar position in your club? Let Shanna help you find exactly the right person. Placement services begin by getting to know your team, the club culture and the job requirements. Shanna will then work to find you the perfect person to fit the role. She’ll conduct initial interviews and provide you finalists. Once the new person is hired, Shanna will visit your club and help train your new director/manager. EDUCATION SESSIONS + WEBINARS

Education Sessions are designed to help you brush up on strategies and receive relative advice. And again, all geared to help you meet your goals and overcome challenges in Member Communication, Engagement & Retention. Also on the calendar are a number of collaborative and complimentary Webinars with MembersFirst. I’m delighted to partner with the MembersFirst team again in 2024. I know many of you enjoyed our sessions last year, and we’ve cooked up some great topics for you this year, too!

IDEA EXCHANGES

An Idea Exchange is a fun and energizing meeting of private club professionals. You are always curious what other clubs are doing – this is a great way to find out! Each month, Shanna hosts an Idea Exchange for communication, event, and program ideas. There is no presentation, rather a gathering of terrifically bright and creative people who want to share and borrow ideas from each other. Shanna will moderate the discussion. Come prepared to share your ideas, to engage in lively discussion and to gather a plethora of ideas to implement in your club!
