IS YOUR CLUB READY FOR A WEBSITE REDESIGN?
START SETTING YOUR GOALS & MAKE A PLAN
After your site launches keeping it updated is important, but over time a website redesign is required.
Redesign is a good idea when:
- Content needs a new layout
- Your goals are changing
- It’s time to get a refreshed look
- Your site isn’t mobile responsive
- You have a New Team, New Committee, New Board
Before you start with a redesign, check off all the items to plan for your project to get approved and succeed. Click the image to get yours!
Strategic Communication Resources
We spend an extraordinary amount of time preparing budgets and strategic plans for every department in the club. Do we do the same for member communication? We should! When we plan our communication in advance, our messaging becomes more effective. We widen our focus beyond the event and program announcements to include all of the member stories and magic moments which makes our slub so special.
The 2024 Content Plan comes pre-loaded with US and international holidays and observances, historical dates of interest, and “hashtag holidays” appropriate for private clubs. It also includes monthly awareness topics.
And in 2024 there are two template to choose from! Use the one which best fits your organizational style. If you’re confident in using the fully customizable content plan, and need no further instruction on strategy or event ideas, the 2024 Content Plan (two templates, document only) is $167. Once you complete your purchase, Shanna will email you with a confirmation and the content plan. Clicking the button below will take you directly to the Stripe payment page. Thank you so much!
Members crave more engaging content, the stories, news, information about the club, the community and fellow members. And – wow – do we have so much content to share with them! That why I created the Member Communication Content Guide for you. This is a guide which breaks down a list of topics by department so that no one is ever at a loss in sharing content with members. Within each department, I provide a long list of topics, ideas, news and information, to include in social media, emails, newsletters, the website, and more.
The Member Communication Content Guide is $167 and when you order your guide through this special NCA link, you will also receive the “Hashtag Holidays” for Private Clubs guide, which gives you a month-by-month listing of all of the “Hashtag Holidays” – as I call them – which are appropriate for private clubs. That’s things like National Cheeseburger Day, National Puppy Day, National Drink Wine Day, etc. These fun little holidays make for enjoyable social media posts and can provide inspiration for pop-up events.
These guides are super helpful resources for clubs building up their MarComm department and packed with ideas for Communication & Marketing Directors.
