Strategy Sessions are designed to take a deep dive into the most challenging aspects of member communication. In these two-hour, small-group consultations, we will focus on strategies, tips, tricks, tools, best practices and resources to help you master that aspect of your club communication. The topics chosen for 2024 are a direct response to what you have labeled your greatest challenges. So letās work through these topics together and give them the extra time and attention they deserve.
Each Strategy Session (and the singular topic) is scheduled on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, so that you may find the day that best fits your schedule. The fee is $197 per club. Once your payment has been received, you can select and register for your preferred date. All Strategy Sessions begin at 12:00pm PT, 2:00pm CT and 3:00pm ET and run for two hours (including a 5-10 minute break if the group desires). Handouts and materials, relevant to each topic, will be provided to all registrants.
Participants are expected to provide requested materials and actively participate in the session. Of course, it is best if you attend the Strategy Session live. However, if you miss part or all of the session you registered for, you can either attend the next available live session for that topic, transfer your attendance to a future topic and session, or be provided a video recording of the session you missed. All paid registrants will receive a video replay. If you know of a colleague or friend who would benefit from attending this Strategy Session, please share this invitation with them.
Communication Club Members (annual memberships) are granted one complementary Strategy Session per year.
