An Idea Exchange is a fun and energizing meeting of private club professionals. You are always curious what other clubs are doing – this is a great way to find out! Each month, Shanna hosts an Idea Exchange for communication, event, and program ideas. There is no presentation, rather a gathering of terrifically bright and creative people who want to share and borrow ideas from each other. Shanna will moderate the discussion. Come prepared to share your ideas, to engage in lively discussion and to gather a plethora of ideas to implement in your club!
The Idea Exchange is complimentary. Participants who attend the live Idea Exchange and Communication Club Members will receive a link to the replay.
All Idea Exchanges begin at 12:00pm PT, 2:00pm CT and 3:00pm ET and will run about an hour.
If you know of a colleague or friend who would benefit from attending this webinar, please share this invitation.

Idea Exchange: Your Biggest Wins in 2024
TBD: January 2025
If you reflect on the year, what are your biggest wins? What are you most proud of? What did you contribute to the club that everyone – from members to staff – have recognized as a valuable contribution? Let’s give each other a round of applause for the professional and personal accomplishments of 2024!
Idea Exchange: Texting Platforms
As we look for more effective ways to connect with our members and keep them informed about club events and programs, texting becomes a more popular solution. In tis idea exchange we can share which platform you use, and talk details about how often you text, shat the sign-up process is like, how easy (or not) the platform is to manage and features you wish you had access to – which may be available in another platform.
Idea Exchange: Community Involvement
One of the best ways to enrich member culture is to provide opportunities to be active and contributing members of the community. Beyond hosting charity golf or tennis tournaments, what does your club do to improve your community? What philanthropic organizations has your club partnered with to establish meaningful programs which give back to and improve the community?
